Workshop Terms & Policies

By registering for this workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation in this workshop does not guarantee employment, representation, auditions, bookings, or future opportunities.
2. I understand that all instruction, coaching, evaluations, and feedback provided during the workshop are educational in nature.
3. I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff members, and other participants.
4. I understand that workshop fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise approved by The Peak Agency.
5. I assume responsibility for my own transportation, lodging, personal belongings, and related expenses.
6. I release and hold harmless The Peak Agency, its employees, contractors, instructors, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the workshop except where prohibited by law.
7. I grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the workshop to be used by The Peak Agency for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. I acknowledge that information shared regarding workshop materials, business practices, clients, and opportunities may be confidential and should not be disclosed without authorization.
9. I certify that the information provided in this registration form is accurate and complete.
